Breathing new life into a space that’s been part of countless practices, meets, and memories, AML Construction partnered with CORE Construction to complete the full renovation of the Natatorium at Highland Hills Middle School in Floyds Knobs. What began as an aging facility is now a modern aquatic center built for performance, safety, and longevity.
From the ground up — and below the surface, too — AML and CORE handled every renovation detail: replacing the pool liner and equipment, installing new diving boards and starting platforms, constructing a new timing booth and timing systems, replacing ceilings and flooring, repainting walls, and adding new grandstand bleachers. The project also included new lighting and HVAC systems designed for efficiency and comfort.
To complete the transformation, AML delivered updated graphics and branding for the Floyd Central High School and Highland Hills Middle School Swim Teams. The revitalized look now matches the renewed energy and pride of both programs, where preparation meets performance.
