AML Construction, in partnership with Shireman Construction, recently led a tour of the new Indiana University Southeast lab space under construction inside the Redwire building at NovaParke. The tour included IU Southeast Chancellor Dr. Debbie Ford and IUS senior leadership.
The 5,000-square-foot buildout includes approximately 3,300 sq ft of lab space and 700 sq ft of collaborative huddle/conference areas designed to accommodate up to 85 people. Although the space will be independently operated by IU Southeast, its location within the Redwire building — a hub for innovation in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing — positions it for exciting future collaboration.
