At AML Construction, our connection to Prosser Career Education Center runs deep. We believe in investing in the next generation of skilled trades, and that belief shows up in the people who lead us. We’re proud to share that our Senior Project Manager, Eric Luckett, has been unanimously voted in as President of the Prosser Alumni Association.
In Eric’s own words: “Being elected to the position of Alumni Board President means so much to me. Without Prosser, I wouldn’t be where I am today in my career. It opened doors I didn’t even know existed and set me on a path to success. I grew up in a blue-collar home where my father always preached that if you had a skill, you’d never go hungry. As a kid, I remember walking Prosser’s halls with my dad, dropping off HVAC equipment for students to train on. Little did I know then that Prosser would one day shape my future. Years later, I graduated ready for the workforce, but there was no alumni board to offer guidance — just my father encouraging me every step of the way. Now, to serve as President of the Alumni Board, supporting today’s graduates as they enter the next stage of their lives, is incredibly gratifying and full circle for me. What the board has accomplished in three years is nothing short of amazing, and I’ll do everything I can to continue that legacy.”
Eric’s journey is proof of what Prosser makes possible. And it’s why AML proudly partners with Prosser, helping students build skills, careers, and futures.
