AML Construction has completed a 236,324-square-foot multi-tenant speculative warehouse at River Ridge Commerce Center, further advancing industrial growth in Southern Indiana.
Pizzuti purchased the 14.52-acre site in 2024 and engaged AML to provide design-build services for the new facility, located on Paul Garrett Avenue in Jeffersonville. Working in partnership with the River Ridge Authority and Ware Malcomb Architecture, AML delivered the project in just 10 months.
The building is designed to accommodate a range of industrial manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution users. Key features include 36-foot clear height, three drive-in doors, up to 40 dock positions, 57 semi-truck trailer parking spaces, and 211 car parking spaces. The facility is equipped with an ESFR fire suppression system and 1200-amp 277/480-volt electrical service, with the ability to scale up to 6000-amp service to meet future tenant demands.
The exterior incorporates precast panels, aluminum storefront and glass elements, and a 42-foot architectural tower constructed of three precast panels displaying the building’s street numbers. Varied colors, tones, and textures contribute to a modern industrial aesthetic.
The completion of the facility reinforces River Ridge’s position as a premier location for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations in the region.
AML Construction is proud to continue building projects that strengthen communities and drive long-term economic opportunity.
