From concept to completion, AML Construction has delivered a purpose-built facility for RNDR Medical, bringing office, research, and manufacturing operations together under one roof to support innovation at every stage.
The new facility was designed to give RNDR Medical the space and flexibility to design, test, and produce medical products used across multiple clinical fields — all within a single, integrated environment that encourages collaboration and efficiency.
Inside, a 2,750-square-foot open office layout keeps engineers and designers connected, fostering real-time problem solving and idea sharing. Two dedicated lab spaces — including a 3,850-square-foot research, development, and manufacturing area — allow concepts to move quickly from development to production.
The exterior combines architectural metal panels, EIFS, and brick to create a clean, modern look that reflects the forward-thinking work happening inside.
Built with the future in mind, the facility is designed for growth, with expansion capacity up to 15,000 square feet — ensuring RNDR Medical can scale operations as demand and innovation continue to evolve.
