AML Construction recently hosted a Boots ’n’ BBQ Safety Meeting at its shop, bringing team members together for a day focused on workplace safety, teamwork, and ensuring employees have the equipment they need to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

The event combined safety discussions with hands-on support from several industry partners. Total Tool provided food for the gathering, grilling for employees as crews took part in the safety meeting and related activities.

Representatives from Airgas, including a sales representative from Jeffersonville and a regional sales representative from Atlanta, were also on site to custom-fit AML Construction and Summit Construction employees for new work boots, helping ensure team members have proper footwear for long days on the job.

Sam Kelley with ENCON attended the event as well, providing items for safety-related giveaways throughout the day.

The Boots ’n’ BBQ Safety Meeting reflects AML Construction’s ongoing commitment to investing in its workforce and reinforcing the importance of safety across every jobsite. Events like this provide an opportunity for employees to connect, review best practices, and ensure everyone has the tools and equipment needed to work safely and return home at the end of the day.
